Turn voice notes into prioritized tasks across Todoist and calendar

I record voice memos while walking with ideas and todos. Later I re-listen and manually create Todoist tasks and Google Calendar blocks. I forget half of them. I want: drop audio or transcript, extract action items with due dates if mentioned, create Todoist tasks, propose calendar holds for deep work items over 30 minutes, send me a confirmation list before creating anything.
