These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of UpSolve at upsolve.co. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Humanity Pledge. If you do not agree, do not use UpSolve.
UpSolve is a community platform where members post real workflow problems, suggest existing solutions, vote on demand, and submit products for review. UpSolve may evaluate submitted solutions and present a selected solution to eligible members. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information, maintain one genuine account, protect your password, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant UpSolve a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content solely to operate, improve, promote, and secure the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where retention is reasonably required for legal, security, backup, or service-integrity purposes. You represent that you have all rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights.
You must follow the Community Guidelines and Humanity Pledge. You may not use UpSolve for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity; expose personal or confidential information; manipulate votes; scrape or disrupt the service; evade access controls; introduce malicious code; impersonate others; or submit content you do not have the right to share.
If you submit a solution, the Builder Agreement also applies. Submission does not guarantee review, verification, selection, distribution, customers, funding, or commercial success. Builders remain responsible for their products, claims, security, support, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and taxes.
UpSolve's review is a good-faith product evaluation, not a warranty, certification, security audit, legal opinion, or guarantee of fitness for every use. Solutions and external links may be operated by independent third parties. Evaluate them before use and do not provide sensitive data unless you understand their terms and safeguards.
UpSolve and its branding, software, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of UpSolve. If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms, our policies, law, or platform safety have been violated. We may preserve relevant records where required by law or needed to investigate abuse. You may request account deletion by emailing support@upsolve.co.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpSolve is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpSolve will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service or a third-party solution. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or safety changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
